Sensuality in Art In this, as in many issues, opinions run to the extremes. Some will claim that human sexuality and sensuality is sinful or an animalistic urge from our most base nature. Some would claim that it is THE most delightful of all human interactions and see its practices as a important way to devote one's time. Some think it ugly...some find it beautiful. I feel that God created us with an inborn physical and spiritual desire for others. That desire being both essential and sacred. Without it, there would just simply be no humans to have opinions on it. As in all things, moderation and balance become the deciding factors on whether this inborn desire is a good thing or evil. Since it comes from God, I see it as essentially good but also so powerful and wonderous that it should not be dealt with lightly or carelessly. Therefore, these images are presented with the idea of approaching this segement of the human condition with the beauty, joy, delight, love, care and reverance that it deserves. It is my way of expressing my opinion on how I think human love SHOULD be...Amazing...Delightful...Powerful....and ultimately...
